If you’re a plumber or a builder and find that designing a drainage layout or drawing up sewer plans to begin your underground works is taking up too much of your time, at MCP we can provide you with Architectural CAD drawings with your complete sewer layout ready for excavation so you or your workers can simply follow the plans with the exact dimensions of fixture locations along with documentations and instructions of what fittings to use, making laying drains a stress free process. Plans will include measurements of gridlines/surveyors markings, sewer tie location and other important information necessary to complete the works to Australian standards and inspection ready, we also provide sewer plans indicating the run of pipe in relations to the footing layout, showing all your strip footings, bore piers blinding, angle of repose and other important information to avoid costly mistakes, these can also be passed on to concreters to avoid broken pipes when the footings are dug out. An updated version of the design can be given for the water authority or council
